Archery Events
Each Participant will be using a longbow. No magic allowed. There will be orbs that will glow if magic is used. The participant who uses magic will be disqualified. Feel Free to add RP flare to your rolls!
Single Target
Each Participant will get 6 arrows for a max chance of 30 points
Roll 1 d10
1= BOTCH
2= Complete Miss
3,4= Arrow bounces off Target
5= White = 1 point
6= Black = 2 points
7= Blue = 3 points
8 = Red = 4 points
9= on Line to Bulls eye= 5 Points
10= Yellow Bulls eye = 5 points
Multiple Target
Each Participant will get 6 arrows with 2 chances per 3 targets for for a max chance of 30 points
Roll 1 d10
1= BOTCH
2= Complete Miss
3,4= Arrow bounces off Target
5= White = 1 point
6= Black = 2 points
7= Blue = 3 points
8 = Red = 4 points
9= on Line to Bulls eye= 5 Points
10= Yellow Bulls eye = 5 points
Archery Horseback
Participants move through an obstacle course one at a time. At points throughout the obstacle course will stand dummies, each with a red spot painted upon their chest. There will also be a red line painted on the ground. In each section of the course the archer must stand behind the red line and shoot the dummy with no more than three arrows. Each archer is allowed to linger in each section for no more than one minute before they must move on to the next section. There are a total of five dummies throughout the course. The archer who lands the most arrows within the red spots on the dummies, wins. Arrows that land anywhere outside of the red spots are not counted.
Each player rolls 1d10 for each shot:
1,2: Archer misses the dummy completely.
3,4: Archer hits the dummy but not the red spot, thus the shot is not counted.
5,6: Archer hits the edge of the red spot, thus the shot counts.
7,8: Archer hits the red spot slightly off center.
9,10: Archer hits the center of the red spot.
5pts for each successful arrow shot.
5 dummies with 3 arrows each= 15pts per dummy x5 dummies=75 pts perfect score
